Free Photoshop Action: Overcast
Today we have another free Photoshop action, Overcast. The action comes in two versions, one for Photoshop Elements (version 11 or newer), and the other for Photoshop (version CS4 or newer).
This free Overcast action adds a hazy effect that is more subtle than overpowering.
